Copyright: If you published your item, verify that your publisher will allow you to deposit your work in a repository, also called self-archiving. You can check your publishing agreement for copyright terms around depositing your work in an institutional repository or search Open Policy Finder for a listing of publisher copyright policies and self-archiving.
Version: Many publishers do not allow deposit of the final version of the published paper, and allow either of the following instead:
Some publishers may also require a copyright statement and/or a DOI hyperlink to the final published version of your work, which can be included in the "description" box during the submission process.
File Format: In general, documents should be PDFs for preservation purposes. Visit the Policies & Guidelines section of this guide for more details on supported formats.
Accessibility: Files submitted to eScholar should be made accessible in compliance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) when practicable.

Reply to the email and indicate which community and collection you would like to contribute your work to. Once you have received the confirmation email, you are ready to login to start your deposit!
