How do I check the status or cancel a request?
Login to OMNI’s My Account. Click on My Requests to see your requests. You can choose to cancel a request from this list by clicking the X CANCEL button.
How will I be notified that my material has arrived?
You will be notified by email when your material has arrived. Please read your email messages carefully. You are responsible for monitoring the status of your requests.
