Many students face mental health challenges such as stress, anxiety and depression. Ontario Tech has services and resources available to assist students with their mental health and well-being, including counseling, support groups and workshops.

This guide links to books, videos, apps and websites that can supplement the direct forms of support available to students. Topics and authors are recommended with advice from and in consultation with Ontario Tech Student Mental Heath Services.
